You don't need to use inserts and abutments. Direct impressions are made at fixture level. We also complement our range with the I-Pack for the Straumann® Wide Neck (WN).
To make an I-Bridge you need an I-Pack. Biomain's I-Pack comprises the following articles: prosthetic screw, lab screw, analogue and lab cylinder.
