I-Bridge®
I-Bridge® is Biomain's brand for customized implant-borne prosthetics. I-Bridge® is an excellent good value, precision-manufactured and homogeneous implant bridge with a documented fit. I-Bridge® is manufactured in accordance with the latest CAD/CAM technology. To meet market requirements
I-Bridge® is offered in three different models:

  • I-Bridge® with straight screw channels in cobalt chrome or titanium.
  • I-Bridge® 2 with screw channels angled at up to 20° in cobalt chrome or titanium.
  • I-Bridge® Evolution with screw channels angled at up to 25° in zirconium.

I-Bridge can be ordered for the market's leading implant systems. To complement I-Bridge® we also offer the relevant prosthetic components.

I-Pack®
I-Pack is a pack for each fixture, for making models and templates. It contains all the requisite components such as replica, temporary cylinder and lab screw. The prosthetic screw is supplied together with I Bridge.

I-Butment®
I-Butment® offers optimum function and aesthetic appearance for individualised screw-retained and cementable zirconia and titanium abutments. I-Butment® Evolution has angled screw channels and I-Butment® Zirconia and Titanium has straight screw channels. I-Butment® Evolution can be individually adapted for direct firing in porcelain. The angled screw channel provides the requisite strength and aesthetic appearance. I-Butment® can also be shaped as an individual abutment with a cap or bridge structure.

Abradere®
Abradere is Biomain's brand for customized conventional prosthetics. We precision-manufacture crowns and bridges in titanium, cobalt chrome and zirconium using the latest CAD/CAM technology. Customers use a 3Shape scanner or any other scanner that allows them to export an STL file and send their order and template digitally to our production department. Biomain makes an exact ready-to-use copy. This saves both time and money, whilst resulting in a top-quality product in a material of your choice.
