Abradere®

Abradere® is Biomain's brand for customized conventional prosthetics. We manufacture precision made crowns and bridges in titanium, cobalt chrome and zirconium using the latest CAD/CAM technology.

Customers can use any scanner that will provide an STL file, or can use our 3Shape scanner and send their order and template digitally to our production department. Biomain manufactures an exact ready-to-use copy. This saves both time and money, whilst resulting in a top-quality product in a material of your choice.

Materials
Our choice of materials is characterised by stringent requirements, adherence to customers' wishes and thorough internal development processes. We can thus offer our Abradere® customers the best options. Our engineers are continuously developing and improving the materials so as to give our customers the best possible basis for their prosthetic structures.

Abradere® zirconium

  • 5 basic colours permit pre-stained bridges up to 7 units
  • Uncoloured zirconium up to six units
  • Delivery time 72 hours

Abradere® cobalt chrome

  • Laser-sintered caps and bridges, up to full bridge 
  • Type 4 cobalt chrome in accordance with the standard EN ISO 22674:2006
  • An excellent option for biocompatibility.
  • Delivery time:
         1-3 components 48 hours
         4-12 components 72 hours

Abradere® titanium

  • Fully milled caps and bridges up to 12 units 
  • Grade 2 titanium in accordance with the industry standard.
  • An excellent option for biocompatibility.
  • Delivery time 72 hours 

Manufacture
Our production and head office are located in joint premises in Helsingborg. This allows us to follow up, improve and check product development and production at close quarters. We have a high production capacity, so we can offer our customers delivery reliability and quality.
